Terms of sale of AutokeemiaMüük.ee
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the buyer (hereinafter Consumer) and the undertaking Autokeemia OÜ, registry code 14660125, legal address Linnavere tee 3, Soinaste, Tartumaa, Estonia (hereinafter Web Store AutokeemiaMüük.ee / Autokeemia OÜ) from the AutokeemiaMüük.ee online store.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the AutokeemiaMüük.ee online store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The online store reserves the right to make changes in the terms of sale. These changes are reflected on the Terms of Sale page.
In the AutokeemiaMüük.ee e-shop you can buy products and deliver the selected products by courier to the address specified by the customer. Only products with the “Add to cart” button can be purchased from our e-shop. If for some reason it is not possible to fill the order in the AutokeemiaMüük.ee e-shop, the customer will be contacted.
Making a purchase
To make a purchase, select the desired products from the e-store and press the “Add to cart” button. The products added to the shopping cart and the total cost of the shopping cart are permanently visible in the right column of the page, from where you can use the buttons to navigate both to the shopping cart and directly to the checkout.
To place an order, go to the shopping cart or checkout.
Placing an order
On the shopping cart page, the customer can enter their contact information, the delivery address of the order, and select the delivery date. After entering the contact information, the contents of the shopping cart are displayed and you are asked to select the method of receiving the order.
Autokeemia OÜ fills orders placed in the e-shop from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 15.00. Orders placed after 15.00 will be filled on the next working day.
Delivery outside working hours is by separate agreement and the customer must contact Autokeemia OÜ by e-mail at email@example.com
Payment for the order
If all the information is entered correctly, you can pay for the order by bank transfer or in cash when handing over the order (if the customer picks up the goods himself).
After confirming the order, we will send an order confirmation with an invoice to your e-mail address. We will process the submitted order after the amount indicated on the invoice has been received in our bank account. If the subscriber does not make the transfer within one hour after placing the order, the order will be canceled.
Return of goods
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT, RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement (abandon the Products) within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Products by filling in the standard withdrawal application form (available here). The withdrawal application can also be filled in at Autokeemia OÜ at Linnavere tee 3, Soinaste, Tartumaa 61709.
The application for withdrawal and the returned Products must be handed over to the sales representative or courier of Autokeemia OÜ by prior agreement. The costs related to the return of the products shall be borne by the Customer.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return the Products) only if the products are unused and undamaged and sealed in the original packaging and if the products have been stored in the storage conditions provided for the respective products.
Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act (CISA), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply:
upon transfer of a thing the term of use of which has expired;
upon transfer of other Products specified in subsection 53 (4) of the LPA.
If the Customer has used, damaged or damaged the returned Products, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Products.
If the Customer has withdrawn from the contract and the returned Products are in order, the Seller shall return the cost of the Products to the Customer together with the delivery fee calculated for the returned Products within 10 working days after the return of the Products to the current account.
SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
In case of non-compliance of the products with the terms of the contract, the Customer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided by law. If the Seller violates its obligations, the Customer has the right to demand performance of the obligation, refuse to perform the obligation owed, demand compensation for damage, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
The Seller is not responsible for the non-compliance of the Product with the terms of the contract, which has arisen from the Customer’s actions and / or omissions, including improper use or improper storage of the Product (non-compliance with the storage conditions).
The Customer undertakes to notify the Seller of the non-conformity of the Product no later than within 24 hours of its discovery, ie to submit a claim.
The complaint can be submitted to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or to the Seller’s address Linnavere tee 3, Soinaste, Tartumaa 61709. The claim must state the name and contact details of the Customer, the date of submission of the claim, the defect in the product and the content of the claim to be submitted, and attach a document certifying the purchase.
If the Customer does not agree with the solution offered by the Seller in case of a complaint, the Consumer Customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board and the Consumer Disputes Committee formed by it, which has the authority to resolve consumer disputes
